What time is check in and what time is check out?

Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out? Is there a fee?

Yes, early check-in and late-checkout is offered, based on availability. Early check-in is a $50 fee. Late check-out is $30 per hour up to 3:00 PM, after which a full night's rate applies.

Can we request an early check in or late check out?

If a late check out is requested, there may be an additional fee, and this is based on availability.

What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?

Reservations can be cancelled 24 hours before arrival without penalty, unless it's a non-refundable reservation. If cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival, the card on file will be charged for one nights’ rate. Please note, our cancellation policy may be different for group rates, special promotions, or city events. Please refer to your reservation details or call us if you have specific questions.

What is your guarantee policy?

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at check-in. Reservations will be held for 12 hours after scheduled arrival time.

What is your deposit policy?

We require a valid credit card at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be authorized pre-arrival to ensure validity, however, no deposit will be taken with the exception of an Advanced Purchase Rate. In this case, the entire amount would be charged and is non-refundable.

What is the minimum age to check in?

Guests must be 21 years old or older to check in.

Is the hotel desk staffed 24 hours a day?

Yes, we have a 24-hour managed front desk.

Is parking available at the hotel?

No, however, self-parking is available in a nearby parking garage for $61 per night. Self-parking will be assigned to your reservation at check-in. Our front desk staff will direct you to the correct garage. Parking is available from 12:00pm (on the day of check-in) until 5:00pm (the day of check-out) with unlimited in/out privileges.

Do you have a pool? Is it heated/indoor/outdoor?

No, we do not have a pool.

Is airport transportation or shuttle service available?

No, we do not offer an airport shuttle service, However, guests can easily arrange transportation to and from both O’Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport via taxi, rideshare, or public transportation. Chicago’s CTA trains provide convenient airport access, with the Blue Line serving O’Hare and the Orange Line serving Midway.

Do you have EV charging stations?

No, we do not have EV charging stations on site, however, there are several convenient options nearby, including the Michigan Plaza Garage. Tesla Supercharges are also located throughout downtown Chicago.

Are there taxi or rideshare services nearby?

Yes, there are city-run taxis and rideshare services available.

What safety measures or security features does the hotel have?

Our hotel offers overnight weekend security, electronic guest room key card entry, as well as key card-protected elevators.

Do you have a smoking policy?

Our hotel is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to a $250 fine.

Is there a fitness center or gym on-site?

No, there is no fitness center or gym on-site.

Are there any additional resort or facility fees?

No, there are no additional resort or facility fees.

Do you offer luggage storage?

Yes, if your room is not ready upon arrival, we will store your bags safely. If you need to store luggage after checking out, we would be happy to hold it for the entire day/evening of your departure date.
