We offer several event spaces with the following maximum capacities:
- North Ballroom - Up to 50 guests
- South Ballroom - Up to 47 guests
- Sky Terrace - Up to 100 guests
- Ontario Section - Up to 60 guests
Capacity may vary based on event setup and layout. Our team is happy to help recommend the best space for your group size and event needs.
We are well-suited for intimate meetings, corporate gatherings, private dinners, cocktail receptions, social celebrations, and small weddings. Our event spaces can accommodate a range of group sizes, from smaller gatherings of around 20 guests to larger receptions of up to 100 guests, depending on the selected space and event setup.
Wi-Fi is included. Projectors with dropdown screen, microphones, televisions, speakers, and cabling are available for rental.
We work with several catering partners to choose from.
A deposit of 50% of your food & beverage minimum or 100% of your rental fees is due upon contract signing, depending on your event type. The remaining balance of the event total is due a few business days prior to your event.
Outside vendors may be permitted on a case-by-case basis. Proper business licensing and insurance coverage are required to be approved.
Yes, we offer an outdoor event space with the Sky Terrace, a scenic rooftop venue ideal for cocktail receptions, private celebrations, and intimate gatherings. The Sky Terrace can accommodate up to 100 guests, depending on the event setup. In case of inclement weather, the event will instead take place in our indoor ballrooms.
We offer high-speed internet. Screens, such as a projector screen or a television, can be rented to use for hybrid or virtual setups, but the hotel does not provide technical support for this.
