Are there accessible rooms available and what are the accessible features?

Yes, studio queen, king suite, and double queen accessible room types are available.
Features include bathroom and bedroom doors that are at least 32 inches wide (812mm), grab bars in bathroom, lowered emergency evacuation instructions, remote control curtains/shades, rooms accessible to wheelchairs (no steps), and closed captioning on televisions or closed captioning decoders. Are the rooms pet-friendly?

No, we do not allow pets.

Is there complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms and public areas?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the guest rooms and public areas.

Do the rooms have air conditioning/heating?

Yes, all of our rooms have adjustable air conditioning and heating.

Are cribs or rollaway beds available?

Yes, pack ’n plays are available upon request. Unfortunately, rollaway beds are unavailable due to fire code restrictions.

Do you offer housekeeping daily?

Yes, we offer daily housekeeping.

What bed configurations are available, and can I request a specific setup?

We offer several configurations to suit your needs:

  • Single King: Available in our Suites and Accessible rooms.
  • Single Queen: Available in our Studios and Accessible rooms.
  • Double Queen: Available in our Suites and Accessible rooms, featuring two Queen beds, ideal for families or groups.

Specific bed types are tied to the room category booked. If you have a specific preference, please let our Guest Services team know after booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

What is the maximum occupancy?

Rooms with a single King or Queen bed sleep a maximum of 2 guests. Rooms with two Queen beds sleep up to 4 guests.

Does the room rate include all mandatory fees, or are additional charges applied at checkout?

There is an additional incidental authorization taken at check-in that must be on a valid credit card, ranging from $100 to $250, depending on the length of stay. Any unused amount will be released to the card upon check-out.

What amenities are included in the room?
